About Us

 

Bachanal.com is a personal project of mine, established in 2002 to help keep West Indians in California informed about Caribbean events.  The site evolved from a simple information site to a "social scene" where photos and reviews were posted from many Caribbean events around California and the U.S.  I slowly became involved in helping promote events, from fetes to local carnivals. 

During the past couple years Bachanal.com became quite inactive (because I took a break to pursue a personal goal).  With that accomplished (and numerous requests from Bachanal's fans), I've decided to refocus my energies on helping the Caribbean Community by not only supporting events but also supporting Caribbean businesses.

To kick-off 2010, I worked with Joyce Production and other active community members and together, we represented in the  Long Beach Mardi Gras Parade.  Check the gallery for pictures.  LET THE BACCHANAL BEGIN!
